7pm Sun 15th Sept (3pm Singapore) Our learning styles are shaped from the learning experiences we have had through our lives. These shape our educational philosophies and in turn impact the way we lead TA training. This activity-based webinar invites you to explore your own learning experiences in line with the spectrum of educational philosophies (Newton, 2003, 2014; Barrow, 2009), and to reflect on how this impacts what you bring to your TA training. About Jr-Earn Lam Jr-Earn Lam is a Provisional Teaching and Supervising Transactional Analyst in the education field. She leads the design and delivery of leadership programmes for corporate executives in a leadership consultancy based in Singapore. Jr-Earn also pioneers educational TA learning in Southeast Asia. Her writing and research interests include adult learning, learning scripts, high ability learners, teams and leadership.
